Digital purchases

FiveM resources are digital products. Refund rights can depend on applicable law, whether digital access has begun, and the circumstances of the purchase.

Problems with a product

If a resource is not working as described, contact support with enough information to reproduce the issue. We will first attempt to resolve genuine product defects.

Refunds and disputes

Approved refunds are processed back through Stripe to the original payment method. Do not use this template to remove or restrict statutory consumer rights that apply to a purchase.
